For the life of me, I could not get this app to connect to my shop. I had finally given up. Just delete it. Talking to Allan, gave me a few troubleshooting tips and in less than 5 minutes, We are good to go! Thank you so much, Allan!

I reached out to customer service because I needed help updating the shipping address. Lee was very responsive and fast. I was worried but she reassured me that the problem would be taken care of. Less than five minutes later, she updated the address. She was very kind and friendly. :) Also, my last sample order was amazing. Both pairs of jeans were comfortable and of high quality. The bodysuit is my favorite one in my closet. Additionally, the hat and distressed jean jackets complemented the outfit well. I look forward to working with this company when I relaunch.

I started using Trendsi about 2 months ago. I have been very pleased with how easy it has been to share products to my Shopify store and the selection of both missy/jr & plus sizing. Today I had a question about a drop ship order and used the chat feature on Trendsi. It was very easy and Mia was extremely timely and helpful. She answered all my questions about tracking a specific order.

I definitely recommend this app. Their customer service is top tier. I spoke with Gretle tonight and oh my God was she amazing! She was a God sent from heaven. She answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way, she even assisted me with things that wasn't required. If I could give a hundred stars I would and it's all thanks to Gretle. I definitely recommend using Trendsi and if you so happen to need support, I hope you speak with Gretle. P.s just don't give her a hard time lol a little kindness goes a long way!
Oh, did I mention the support team is here to help 24/7!
And a little more insight, the Trendsi app has product videos as well as diverse models and the shipping is really fast similar with the customer support service!
