We are new to this app, but so far it looks like there's a lot of potential. PROS: Big catalogue. The integration with Shopify is pretty seamless (and fast!) which is great. Joel in customer care was very helpful in answering questions and providing additional resources. Wholesale prices seem fair.
CONS: A lot of the inventory is not sustainable (we have to search very hard to refine our results). And a bigger concern is that a lot of their inventory is the same stuff you'd find on Shein or other fast fashion sites for a fraction of what boutiques would have to charge.

I really enjoy using this app to add more products to my site that fit with my current customer. The easy integration with my current shop is great. I can add products easily and all the information associated is added for me. If there something missing or I just need help their customer service is super fast and helpful. Really glad I was able to find out and use this service. The only downside is it doesn't always have all the products I'm looking for because I sell to a specific market, but I can put in product requests to Trendsi. Which means they might have more options in the future that fit my needs! All in all great app would definitely recommend if you want to start a shop and need access to inventory but don't want to commit to a big order from a brand you're unsure about. Just had another great experience with a customer service rep, Harold, who was not only pleasant but able to quickly update me on my customers shipping that had been delayed!

This is Sherwin, co-founder of Trendsi. Thank you so much for your feedback. We are actively working on the shipping and communication during peak season. Reducing shipping time is indeed one of our top priorities. Except for peak season, we can guarantee 5 - 10 business days shipping from our overseas warehouses. Furthermore, more products will be available in the US warehouse soon.
We are working on adding the vendor name as a tag automatically as we speak and we will look into the search issue that you experienced.

Mary was very helpful in answering my questions regarding API integration with Trendsi for returns. Unfortunately Trendsi does not yet have this capability. So far my experience with this app has been really good. Their merchandise is good quality at awesome wholesale prices. I received quick responses from customer service about an inquiry. My only complaint is that the shipping takes a little long.
