I've just started dropshipping for my business, and Trendsi has a great clothing selection to choose from. One of my customers orders was missing an item and Chette helped resolve the issue by processing a refund. No silly photos of the packaging or items received, no contacting the supplier for a response, just a very clear process to refund the missing item. Thanks, Chette, for your help and making the process easy.

I had an issue with my store that I could not figure out for a few weeks. Allan was able to walk me step by step through the process to correct a very simple setting that had been inadvertently changed in my settings. Customer service is top notch!

It's super easy to setup and push items to my TT shop. Whenever I have a question or need help, CS is quick to respond. Highly recommend!
