Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I like the options for USA brands and the quality checks they perform. I do think that there is room to improve, but its a young company, so its expected for there to be kinks to work out.
I have chatted with customer service several times, today it was Gretle, and as always she was quick with her response and help to clarify a few things for me.

Probably will be leaving Trendsi. This is a dropshipping company using dropshipping to receive their items and with this process I can't give my customers what I promise. I take pride in servicing my customers in the time I promised them and Trendsi can't do this for my company.

Also, there is little diversity with their models. One African American model, One Asian model, haven't seen any Latina models and a host of caucasian models. This is very difficult to allow my customers to know who I am and who I represent. I love diversity and would rather a company that takes pride in it as well. Trendsi does not. I emailed them regarding this and their response was their models are in rotation. Makes zero sense. I do love their merchandise but their shipping and diversity issues out-weighs everything else. I truly hope they fix these issues.

I love this app! Customer support is quick to respond. Lee helped me with some inventory questions and followed up after I lost my connection with the chat. Thank you Trendsi and Lee!

I currently use 2 separate dropshipping services but Trendsi is by far the best! I love the quality of clothing, the ease of use, the stock photos and the customer service. I worked with a representative today by the name of Gretle and she was able to get my issue solved in record time. I would highly recommend using this company for dropshipping.

May was so helpful. I accidently placed order before I was finished and she was able to cancel my order right away. Highly recommend this company. The app on my phone crashes often but on my desktop it is amazing.

Nice app. And excellent support from Czar! Any chance a bulk import function will be added any time soon? Plus, I would like to see Trendsi offer to ship to more countries in the near future. And a more robust collection of elegant evening dresses would be great! Good work guys...
