I just added this app to supplement my existing inventory at Pamela's Art by PonsART. I had a few questions, and Angelo was very helpful. I'm looking forward to adding more items to my store as they become available.

I would like to say that Trendsi has helped me to start my business and made it a little easier for me to get started. The site is easy to maneuver and pretty self-explanatory. The help button feature is great. Around 8pm (eastern time) I sent a msg for help and Charmaine replied in less than a minute! Charmaine answered all of my questions, sent me links to help me and gave great advise. Thank you Trendsi. Here's to doing great business together now and in the future.

Price doesn't import in anything but USD - be aware... which led me to the next problem. There's no way to push pricing rules throughout your store to already added products. That means if you want to change hundreds of products you'll need to do them manually. 1 star for ease of importing products, but the fundamentals of dropshipping are to automate products imports and pricing and concentrate on adding more + advertising them, not to spend hours with currency conversion rates and editing prices one at a time.

I had to update my phone number for my account after deleting my account. Trendsi support responded almost immediately. Allen the support specialist, helped me greatly get back up and running. I would recommend Trendsi just on the customer support alone. It helps a lot for someone just starting their new business endeavor. Highly recommend!
