Raymart was a great help and provided excellent service. Every encounter I have had with the Trendsi team has been great.

I had my first order and was unsure of the process because Trendsi works differently than a previous vendor. I contacted a representative, Joel, and he was immediately helpful and super friendly. My issue was resolved within a couple minutes! So thankful for great customer service!

My customer raised concerns about a shipment, leading to my inquiry to Lorie. I am truly impressed by Lorie's prompt response to my shipping-related inquiry. Her efficiency and clear communication exemplify outstanding customer service.

I've been using Trendsi exclusively for about a year now. No complaints here. Customer service is always helpful. Jules especially! I love the Trendsi x Tik Tok integration. It's super easy to setup and push items to my TT shop. Whenever I have a question or need help, CS is quick to respond. Highly recommend!

To start off with I have to say Trendsi has an outstanding support channel. I just chatted with Gretle and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. By answering my questions, I could tell she knows every detail of how Trendsi operates and how to help clients who are trying to start up their business.
I do have to say, I just started using Trendsi to start my drop shipping business.
Trendsi is an awesome place to start building your business, they have a huge selection of products to choose from, which you can never go wrong.
