Trendsi is an alright clothing service. They need more inventory for the US. They seem to always be out of stock or some variants are mostly out. I did need some help with their customer service and Sam sent me all the info I needed in order to find exactly what I needed fast. Thanks Sam! Hope I get you again.

I ordered several samples at once, and one was 2 small, return instructions stated that the SKU on the bag had to match the item SKU, however there was no way to find the SKU on the site, and it didn't occur to me to match each bag with each item when taking them out. Harold was helpful in helping me figure out what the SKU was, so that I could use the correct plastic bag in order to make a return. Harold deserves 5 stars for his help, but I gave 4 stars for the overall experience -- if the SKU had been published on the order page then I wouldn't have had to reach out to support in the first place.

Fast response, and a clean overall app! whatever you do be careful while scrolling on a laptop through the shipping to section. It locks you out the app.

I haven't launched my store yet (still setting it up), but the support team has been helpful with answering some questions I had about the functionality of the app. Lorie, Harold, and Ria have all been helpful in the chat support so far.
I love the variety of products they have. I've heard good things about Trendsi from others in business Facebook groups. I was concerned about orders not being fulfilled due to incorrect inventory reporting (a semi-common problem with Aliexpress dropshipping), but it sounds like most people don't have too many issues with this.
I may still add some Aliexpress products to my shop, especially home decor, but I think I'll stick with Trendsi for now until I get some regular sales because they have such high reviews, plus they have enough products in the styles I want to build out my store the way I'd like to.
Not sure on product quality yet. Not planning to buy samples until I get some initial sales and can pay for those later. I'll update my review later with my thoughts on this when I get the chance.
One feature I think would be especially helpful to add to Trendsi, however, is the ability to pick and choose which variants you want in your store and control over sending updates only to those variants. I'm used to using apps like DSers, which lets you map SKUs to your store, so you don't have to get variants you don't want sent to your store with every update.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to growing my store with Trendsi!

I am new to using this supplier for my dropshipping clothing store, but I have to say Sam in customer service was great. She answered all my questions and gave me great tips. When I asked about the Pro she didn't push it, she said I needed to start with the free version first. Most companies these days are trying to get you to buy stuff you don't need or aren't ready for yet.
I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI.
I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing!
