I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again.

I have been working with Trendsi for a couple of years, and I can say I love the app, the products, and the customer service! Today, I had to cancel an order, and Chette helped me check the status of the order and helped me cancel it (I was unable to do so because I was out of the window of time to do it). It is always a good experience when I need support from customer service. I'm very happy with this company and I highly recommend it.

I recently joined Trendsi app this year to start adding more diverse styles to my clothing boutique. What I love about Trendsi is that the clothing is very size inclusive for women of all shapes and sizes from small to plus size. This in particular aligns with the mission of my brand to be a size inclusive women's brand for women of all sizes. I also love that they have very responsive and courteous customer service. I recently had a technical issue where I didn't understand how to set up the shipping rates on Shopify as I am not tech savvy.Ms.Anya responded to my concern the same day and gave me detailed instructions on how to set up the shipping rates for Trendsi for my Shopify store. I really appreciate how kind, courteous and responsive she was with addressing my concerns. This really makes me feel more comfortable using this company since the customer service has been reliable and responsive so far. I had some confusion about a delivery, and the chat started right up and Joel was a big help! He helped me understand a few things I did not know since I am new to Shopify and Trendsi. I have been happy with the clothes, the shipping time is fine, and now the chat is great too. YAY
