I’m new to Trendsi and all I have to say is WOW to customer support! I was having a problem with onboarding because of my own user error but it was quickly resolved within 2 minutes by Raymart! Trendsi has been AMAZING so far. Being able to integrate with Shopify without paying out of pocket for products is incredible.
Their support team is also on top of everything! Harold helped me figure out some inventory issues with my site. I was nervous about receiving tech support via chat, but he was able to direct me in a way that fixed my website! THANKS HAROLD!

Wowww! Customer service is on top of their game!! I’m a new dropshipper of Trendsi and had to reach out regarding how to fill out their shipping rates on Shopify and got a reply within 1 day and a well explained email on how to do it. Easy peasy. Thank you!

I had another company set up my Shopify site and once I connected Trendsi I had so many small questions when setting it up and understanding how Trendsi worked. Chette was so wonderful and patient in answering all my questions as well as walking me through how to set up certain settings! I feel that I have a better understanding of how dropshipping works and I’m more comfortable moving forward. I appreciated how easy it was to connect and communicate with her via messaging.
