full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Also important, my first experiences with customer support went great thanks to Charles and than Lorie. Thanks for the swift replies and answers to my questions.

Anya, Dave, Charles and Ingrid are amazing!! The support they gave me was outstanding. They responded to all of my questions so quickly! And I had a lot of them! They gave me excellent customer service! They guided me on how to setup a few things so graciously and promptly. I’m so glad I picked Trendsi!! Thanks for all you do!!

I am currently in the beginning stages of my online store with Shopify, so you could imagine the amount of questions I had. Although I asked question after question, Harold from Trendsi was patient enough to answer each one, making sure to be informative about each answer. Harold also referenced links I could use in order to view specific policies and procedures regarding some things I questioned. Harold was polite, courteous, and all around very professional. Having help like this makes the process worth the while. Thank you!
