I am currently in the beginning stages of my online store with Shopify, so you could imagine the amount of questions I had. Although I asked question after question, Harold from Trendsi was patient enough to answer each one, making sure to be informative about each answer. Harold also referenced links I could use in order to view specific policies and procedures regarding some things I questioned. Harold was polite, courteous, and all around very professional. Trendsi is awesome! The customer service is topnotch! I would especially like to thank their representative, Dave. He was such a help. He helped me figure out why my products were showing as sold out even when Shopify and the whole of the internet seemed to provide zero answers! On top of that, they have great products and fast shipping. Super impressed and plan to use them as much as possible!
