I enjoy using the Trendsi app. It is very easy to use and navigate. I love the products and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend this app for dropshipping and or personal use.

I recently started my dropshipping store, and chose the Trendsi Shopify app to help me in this exciting( and sometimes overwhelming) journey. I have to say, the customer support provided by the representative today was exceptional! Huge shoutout to Anya from the Trendsi support team! Besides loving how easy Trendsi integrates with Shopify and the ease of providing my customers quality goods and service, Harold helped me with an issue today regarding out of stock goods.
I didn't realize it was so easy and he was a great help.

Ok, I just got finished working with Harold. He spent so much time with me helping me correct what Shopify could not. I worked with Shopify for days! Harold was so patient and understanding of my concerns. He knew what he was talking about! That's more than I can say for Shopify support. I give him 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Chette this morning via 24/7 chat support. I had so many questions and she was able to answer them all! It makes the process go a lot smoother with amazing customer service like this. Please give Chette a raise.

I also spoke with Anya Esteva this evening to finalize some logistics. I am truly amazed at the knowledge Trendsi customer support personnel have. Anya came back with answers to my questions faster than I could type the next one. She was truly outstanding! I told her that I had looked into other drop shipping companies as well but I have decided to go with Trendsi. Customer service is EVERYTHING and Anya proved that tonight.
