I had an issue with a shopify order and was connected with a great customer service representative, Raymart, that helped me solve the issue quickly. I was up for hours last night trying to figure it out and when I contacted them this morning he explained what to do quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the great customer service with Trendsi.

"Chette" was very helpful , explainations were simple and problem was solved ! this is my 2nd time having to contact support and it is always easy chat and they always answer any questions I have and resolve any issues

I have enjoyed using this user friendly app it has made my life and business run smoothly!! Most of all the support is very helpful with every purchase or order. I would like to thank Gretle at Trendsi support she literally replied to my support email within minutes and was so very helpful. This is a dropshipping service I will intend to use for my business for years to come. You should too. I would like to mention Mary from the support team who was and is always going the extra mile to help and assist you.

Angelo was very helpful though it ended up being a Shopify issue more than a Trendsi issue. I was able to get it resolved.

We have been using Trendsi since around February 2023 -- The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Integration and editing is so easy -- it's the best way to offer dropshipping! The product quality is great and our customers are happy with the shipping times. Our customers also love that we are able to offer HUNDREDS of more options for reasonable prices.
Customer service rep Gretle was such a great help to us when we needed it!! 10/10 definitely satisfied with her customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help resolve our issue.
