So far, I'm really impressed with the integration. As a new business, and with my first couple orders now coming in, the process has been smooth. Reaching out to customer service via their chat is always fast. Just spoke Anya to get an update on an order and she was great.

I would like to build a lasting relationship with Trendsi and explore incorporating white label branding with them as I grow. Hoping they take their business to this next level. I've noticed a few competitors offering this service where they tag white label with my brand, so looking for them to catch up to that. For now, I'm sticking with Trendsi and recommend them to anyone in the fashion dropshipping business.

Trendsi has been AMAZING at communicating. We had a customer who emailed us right away to change their shipping address, and we immediately sent the request to support but not really knowing when to expect a response because it was pretty late in the day on a Saturday. Allan from support responded to us almost INSTANTLY saying he fixed the shipping address for our customer. Needless to say, we have been very pleased with Trendsi!

I was very concerned about making sure the quality of items that I wanted to offer in my ecommerce store were going to be on par and to do that I needed questions answered about the return policy etc. Lee and Czar were both very helpful and informative and I feel much more confident about placing sample orders to check the products and being able to return them hopefully without any issue now in order to make my store is the best I can possible make it so that all parties are happy including myself and my customers as that is my main goal and also to be partnering with a company that shares the same values of quality, integrity and great service. Thank you!

Allan from Trendsi is awesome. I started off with a couple quick questions that soon turned in to 27 emails. I kept have more questions about shipping the fees how customers get their shipping information just to name a few. He answered all my questions within minutes and had the exact information I needed to proceed with my store. If I ever need any other help from Trendsi I'll definitely ask for him

I am editing my review because I recently had an issue with connecting to tiktok. I reached out and Chette helped me so much! Helping to keep my store running smoothly. I love trendsi and their support team is awesome!

Trendsi dropshipping is so super easy to use. And customer service is super awesome! Gretle assisted me with a problem I was having with shipping. I didn't have a policy created for trendsi in my shopify store. She was very understanding, patient, and helped me with my set up perfectly! I am so thankful for her
