I have had Trendsi for a while now and I love how easy it is to import products as well as the customer service. The products are stylish and I love that some of the products have videos, you can see the style and stretch of the clothing. I had a quick question for customer service and spoke with Dave, while Trendsi did not have the specific function I wanted, he could find me a workaround and save me a little time. Trendsi is excellent for new businesses.

BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! Trendsi is great! I love the variety and that I can choose specific vendors I know and trust. Any issues I have are solved immediately! Chette helped me this afternoon when my Shopify somehow became disconnected and I could not get it working again. She was able to connect it within 5 mins and we're back in business <3 thank you so much Chette for your help! You're the best!

Gretle was amazing. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out how to create and fulfill a bundle order with an Etsy integration. Chatted with another agent that was not able to help but did say I would receive an email for additional support. But I tried the chat again, was lucky to get Gretle and she resolved my issue with a workaround.

Trendsi is my favorite dropshipper. So professional and response quickly to inquiries. I just finished communication with Czar and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. There is no subscription plan AND the products are wonderful. I definitely recommend.

Trendsi is super user-friendly, sources great inventory and the support is super fast and helpful! I contacted them earlier about an issue with an order and Anya responded within minutes and completely resolved the issue, I was shocked at how prompt and friendly her service was when I have waited for days for a response or had difficulty resolving issues using other dropshipping apps. Highly recommend!!
