I like Trendsi to use for supplemental items in my boutique when I don't have the room or the cash to bring in more inventory.
When I had some integration issues, Joel was able to help me resolve issues between my Shopify and TikTok Shop accounts.
He was super professional and patient walking me through the troubleshooting steps.
The one thing I don't like about Trendsi is by the time we receive the samples of items and are ready to put our own media out to our customers, that item is pretty much sold out.

I love Trendsi. It is so easy to navigate and integrates with my Shopify so easily! I have used their chat feature and their customer service is top notch!

I want to thank Gretl for her upbeat and encouraging help today with questions I really should've had the answers to and she was so patient. Her knowledge and professionalism are a delight. Thank you, Gretl! Recently I needed help and my Trendsi rep was there again to be my guide. I appreciate their consistent professional and friendly help. I'm happy to be able to expand my shop to include a nice line of women's clothing. The app is easy to use, and the selection is nice. I had a few initial questions that were answered quickly and with professionalism. I anticipate only good things for my shop now that I've added Trendsi. **As an update to this review, I'd like to add that the customer service I always receive is stellar with every person I've had address my concerns being friendly and professional as well as having the expertise they need to resolve my issue and guide me toward a resolution. One of my representatives went above and beyond by schedule a one-one-one appointment to discuss how to grow my store. I've ordered many of the products and they were high-quality and very beautiful. It's worth mentioning that I've used Trendsi before, it's an amazing app and it's loveworthy. All the clothes in the application are of high quality and very wonderful, the support is great, quick to respond and very polite, I recommend this application for the amount of creativity in the products, ease of work, ease of navigation and very clear sections
