I want to switch over to Trendsi as my main dropshipping source, and had questions on how to do it. I had another company set up my Shopify site and once I connected Trendsi I had so many small questions when setting it up and understanding how Trendsi worked. Chette was so wonderful and patient in answering all my questions as well as walking me through how to set up certain settings! I feel that I have a better understanding of how dropshipping works and I’m more comfortable moving forward. I appreciated how easy it was to connect and communicate with her via messaging.

Honest Review: Customer service is good. Product quality could be good but also bad.

Huge Disclaimer: shipping rates are really bad. Just got my first two orders and they are both late. Will probably take 2-3 weeks to arrive. For this reason this supplier will never be a good option. You can make a bit of money but your customers will never be satisfied and will never place another order.

Great experience so far. Love that they have 24/7 chat with live person. It's Saturday and I just finished an online chat with Anya E. She was very helpful and friendly.

This review is based solely on the customer service I experienced with Joel. As a new store owner, this was my first time experiencing an out-of-stock order and he clarified everything for me. Although, I'm disappointed with the out-of-stock item, as I'm sure my customer will be as well, he did at least get me on the right track. Thank you!
