They help with any questions and problems that I have especially Gretie, she was kind, informative and patient with me. I have been using this app since October of 2021. The setup and continuous customer service has been outstanding & like no other. Today, I had an item come with a damaged button (first item issue issue in almost 6 months of using). Within minutes of completing their return form Karen & Mia reached out with a sense of urgency to resolve my concern. They quickly acknowledged my concern and resolved my issue within minutes. Great customer service, products and family environment with Trendsi. Definitely recommend and wish I had found sooner.
