6/8 I am a boutique that has just began to use drop shipping. I had several questions regarding setup. I cannot say enough about customer service! I had Thom as a representative. 6/27 After a month of beginning drop shipping, this is the best decision I have made with my company. I contacted customer service to inquire about shipping of an order yesterday. I spoke with Gretl who was fantastic! All questions answered and excellent customer service!
