I use this app to ship products to my customers and I love that they are very transparent. I received great service from Lee. She assured me that even though my order was delayed by a few days and a refund was submitted to me, my customer would still receive the products. Awesome way to do business. Great experience so far...

Trendi customer service agent was very quick and answered all the questions . Agents are very knowlegeable and helpful.
Trendsi is hands down the best drop-shipper I have ever used. They are not just a fashion business - they are a family. They care so much about their customers and will do everything in their power to make them happy. I inputted the wrong address on an order and Hazel reached out to me within 5 minutes and had it updated immediately. Now that is Customer Service at its finest…I love everything about them.
