Trendsi app was giving me issues after multiple attempts of tries. It kept showing me a white blank page after installing the app and while trying to add products to my shopify app. I almost gave up on it but i decided to send Trendsi a message to see if they could help resolve the issue and THEY DID!!! Lee was super helpful, responsive and professional!! She helped me troubleshoot the issues within minutes!!!! The app is amazing and easy to use. You can really just add the products into your shopify without having to do much edits because all the details and photos already look fabulous! Thanks LEE FOR THE HELP!! I recommend this app and customer service!

Again, Trendsi customer service has been great!!!!! Today, Allen helped answered a lot of questions for me and responded quickly and professionally! I truly recommend. Even better, they have an APP too! Which makes adding products to your store fast and easy. Thanks for all you do Trendsi!

I needed help today with getting my EIN business info and Chette was so helpful! Professional and quick to respond. I was able to get my business EIN number in less than 5 mins!! I love this app and the customer services. Thank you Chette.

Trendsi app is very good app and I recommend to everyone who wants to dropship good quality clothes and their support chat is very quick and this Gretle is very lovely person to help you out and I can promise she will help you out what ever you need :))

I've been using Trendsi for my new clothing business for a few months now. After testing some orders that i shipped to myself, I have to say that I'm quite impressed. My items arrived in a cute pink bag, all items where individually wrapped with a quality sleeve. I also love the fact that a order summary is included in the package. It has my logo printed in color on a very thick paper that indicates quality and care. After that, the clothes. It borderlines perfection. The fabrics are quality made, the sizes are not Asian but US sizes, the fashion styles to choose from are many & the prices are great. I'm impressed so far and I highly recommend Trendsi!

I wanted to buy some samples and was requested to upload my business license docs which I did but it came back rejected. I reached out to customer service and Yet answered super quickly. He informed me on which doc to upload and a few minutes later it was approved. The Trendsi team is totally amazing!

I had a question. Could not believe how quickly I received a response. Then Anya was assigned to assist me with my questions. Anya was friendly, informative and has great customer service. SO FAR Trendsi customer service response for easy questions via chat, I will give 5 stars.
