I am a new user of the app, but it has been great so far. Customer service is wonderful. Lee, Anya and Chette are the customer service reps who've helped me, and they were all Awesome! Very helpful and patient (I ask a lot of questions because I am a new seller). The items on the site are really nice and I love that some of them have videos so you can see what they look like even better. Shipping has been fast so far as well. The only thing that's irritating is that items will sell out and/or become unavailable very often, so I can put something in the shop one day, then the next it will sell out, then two days later it'll restock. Or I can put something in the shop that has plenty of inventory, then a few days later it's no longer available on the site. That's a bit stressful, especially when you're getting orders on that item. I guess it comes with the territory. Overall, I like Trendsi so far though.

Had trouble logging into my new account and Chatted with Customer Service rep Gretle along with Raymart! Both were very helpful and Raymart suggested I log in with my phone number which worked. Sometimes it just takes great people who are patient to help you think of simple things or different avenues that you don't know. I appreciate them both and so excited to dive back in and start using their services again!

I must say, from the moment I found Trendsi, I knew I was going to really enjoy this service and the level of dedication the support team would provide. I had several questions that I was looking for help on and opened up the Live Chat button on their website. I was instantly connected to an EXCELLENT customer support agent, Angelo! Angelo was excellent in supporting me with the various questions that I had and providing me with many resources and screenshots of examples for the questions that I was asking.
I then had additional questions that I opened a new chat and was again, instantly connected to another fantastic agent, Chette! The level of continued amazing customer service never stopped. Thank you so much for your great help Chette!

I like Trendsi because they are super easy to use. Unlike many other drop shippers where you have to do numerous steps in order to incorporate their items into your store(s), which isn't the case with Trendsi. I needed assistance, because I wasn't able to add items to my stores. I went to the chat option and a rep by the name of Lee quickly determined what the issue was, advised me on what to do, I did what she recommended, and it fixed the issue. Their prices aren't too bad either. I would recommend them as a drop shipper.
Added note: I wish I could know from experience what the shipping turnaround is when customers place orders, but from what I have seen from other reviews it doesn't seem that long. So, I am hoping the same with my customers as well.

3/21/23 Love the Trendsi team! I had a question about bulk importing a collection to my Shopify page, and Angelo was attentive, gave specific instructions, and even gave me screenshot to get it done - without asking. Fantastic customer service!
3/9/23 Mary was so helpful! I needing guidance on adding additional product tags because the system was not letting me for some reason, plus a couple other little questions, and I was not finding where to fix it myself. She took the time to ensure the issue was being worked on internally, then sent me the link to remove them in the interim instead of just sending me to the Help guide. She chose to provide great customer service, and I am so appreciative of it. Thanks Mary!
I was nervous to offer drop shipping items to my shop. I’m very passionate about making sure my customers are receiving quality items each time they shop with us. Each item that has arrived from Trendsi has been wonderful!
They also have a great system that automatically updates inventory on your own site. Which I’ve learned from trail and error that is not always the case

I have been mad at Trendsi twice today. 1st because they texted me and I no longer had the app installed. I had removed it because I sell geeky women things and generally they don't carry that kind of apparel. But they said they had a Barbie Malibu dreams collection. I couldn't find it and was mad all over and I guess mad that it wasn't actually Barbie but Barbie themed.
All of that is moot as what I did see I loved and they have added some tees to their site that I CAN sell. So I grabbed a few. They responded to my questions in a kind manner (though I was a bit short, but not on purpose, I got a call just as I was typing, hit send too soon).
My only real complaint is that they need to make it exceedingly clear that you can install and use Trendsi without a subscription. You only pay when your customer orders. with that in mind, I'm thinking of starting a secondary store, with all the fashion deliciousness I see.
Their process of importing to your store is the best I've seen on SHopify so far. Very clean and streamlined. Good app for those wanting to give Shein a run for their money.

Today 06/25/2023 contacted Trendsi and got Anya, I couldn't understand why I kept getting error "Page Unresponsive", but it only happened on Trendsi website, but Anya was very professional, extremely patient trying to figure out why this kept happening. I started getting very upset, because I finally found a platform where customers don't have to wait "Forever" to receive their products and now I'm experiencing issues omg, but Anya continued to be professional and extremely patient. To make long story short, I figured out it was my browser, although Anya kept telling me and leading toward the browser it just would not register. After further troubleshooting it was extensions I had on my browser! I contacted Trendsi and got lucky to get Anya again, I got the opportunity to apologize to Anya for kept asking to speak with someone other than Anya and as from the start Anya still professional and patient. Thank you Anya for be available when I really needed assistance! I am grateful! Thank you!

I wish I had found Trendsi 3 years ago before the pandemic. I love the products being offered and the fact that you can buy Samples is even better! Thank you Trendsi. You are a lifesaver to small online businesses! Czar was amazing as well! I just had a quick question and she provided the information I needed. Jenny was so helpful when I could not get my collections to populate to add new items to. She was able to troubleshoot somethings & walk me through how to fix it so that I could continue to stop my boutique with Trendsi products!
Had another issue & Chette was able to walk me through it, then was able to help me with 3 different issues after, all within under an hour. If I had to figure it out on my own, it would of taken me days! Thanks so much for quick- helpful assistance!
