Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Trendsi app was giving me issues after multiple attempts of tries. It kept showing me a white blank page after installing the app and while trying to add products to my shopify app. I almost gave up on it but i decided to send Trendsi a message to see if they could help resolve the issue and THEY DID!!! Lee was super helpful, responsive and professional!! She helped me troubleshoot the issues within minutes!!!! The app is amazing and easy to use. You can really just add the products into your shopify without having to do much edits because all the details and photos already look fabulous! Thanks LEE FOR THE HELP!! I recommend this app and customer service!

Again, Trendsi customer service has been great!!!!! Today, Allen helped answered a lot of questions for me and responded quickly and professionally! I truly recommend. Even better, they have an APP too! Which makes adding products to your store fast and easy. Thanks for all you do Trendsi!

I needed help today with getting my EIN business info and Chette was so helpful! Professional and quick to respond. I was able to get my business EIN number in less than 5 mins!! I love this app and the customer services. Thank you Chette.

Mia, Mary , & Raymart assisted me with all my questions. Very kind and patient! Nice quick response!
Was very confused about how to add products to collections and she was very helpful and even showed me a step-by-step example of how to do this. Very happy with her help.

I had a quick question regarding my order. Raymart chatted with me and advised me that U.S. orders submitted on weekends are processed on the first business day.

I've been using Trendsi for my new clothing business for a few months now. After testing some orders that i shipped to myself, I have to say that I'm quite impressed. My items arrived in a cute pink bag, all items where individually wrapped with a quality sleeve. I also love the fact that a order summary is included in the package. It has my logo printed in color on a very thick paper that indicates quality and care. After that, the clothes. It borderlines perfection. The fabrics are quality made, the sizes are not Asian but US sizes, the fashion styles to choose from are many & the prices are great. I'm impressed so far and I highly recommend Trendsi!

6/8 I am a boutique that has just began to use drop shipping. I had several questions regarding setup. I cannot say enough about customer service! I had Thom as a representative. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I feel reassured that I am making the right decision using Trendsi as my main drop shipping company!

6/27 After a month of beginning drop shipping, this is the best decision I have made with my company. I contacted customer service to inquire about shipping of an order yesterday. I spoke with Gretl who was fantastic! All questions answered and excellent customer service!

Gretle was amazing. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out how to create and fulfill a bundle order with an Etsy integration. Chatted with another agent that was not able to help but did say I would receive an email for additional support. But I tried the chat again, was lucky to get Gretle and she resolved my issue with a workaround.
