So far so great! Very easy to use, Raymart was helpful in answering my questions as well as the others in the customer service team. I am appreciative of how often inventory is updated.

Love this app! Anytime I have an issue (which is rare) Angelo is quick to respond and help! It is also a very user friendly application.

This is my first time using Trensdi App. They have a big selection of women clothing in different categories. Hariette answered all my questions in timely manner. She is awesome and very helpful.

I had the pleasure of contacting support about an unsupported issue in Shopify. Mary was the support person to answer. She quickly resolved my concerns and reassured not to worry they were on the job to fix the issue.

Trendsi is great , fast response and great customer service ! Angelo solved my problem that I have been trying to solve with my account for over 4 hours. He was fast and efficient and knew exactly how to fix it. I love Trendsi!!! Thank you to Angelo!!

Also Allan helped me re-connect my store because somehow it disconnected itself and i was not able to import products and Allan came to my rescue and was able to help me re-connect it right away , Thanks Allan!

I'm new to shopify and most days can't figure out my own name!! I recently needed help on Trendi's site and was blown away by how amazing their customer service was. Joel helped me not only was he so nice and patient with me, he was able to pin point exactly what my need was, followed up the next day and thennnnnnnnn contacted the shippers to get an additional update a few days later to give me an update. I figured once that chat closed, I was just another person but Joel really made me feel like my concern was important and was just amazing!! Not sure if he'll be able to see this but THANK YOU JOEL!!!

I was very concerned about making sure the quality of items that I wanted to offer in my ecommerce store were going to be on par and to do that I needed questions answered about the return policy etc. Lee and Czar were both very helpful and informative and I feel much more confident about placing sample orders to check the products and being able to return them hopefully without any issue now in order to make my store is the best I can possible make it so that all parties are happy including myself and my customers as that is my main goal and also to be partnering with a company that shares the same values of quality, integrity and great service. Thank you!
