I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. Trendsi App is amazing!! I'm so happy and relieved I found them! It makes being a small business owner so much better. The app is super easy to use, there's soo many items to choose from and the fact I can upload their items to my store at no charge for my customers to buy and make a profit is winning!! Customer service is phenomenal, on point and fast! Gretle just helped me edit an order for my customer and she was prompt, nice and had great communication! All in all, a great experience on the Trendsi app/program, don't second guess it!

Trendsi is the best Shopify drop-shipper. Easy to integrate and automate. They provide best support. Espeically Allan, Angelo who is patiently answering all questions and they are very kind too. This app is great and I love it.

OMGOSH the Trendsi customer service person Angelo was the best. I had a issue and he asked a few questions and fixed it quickly. Love this add and the CS is great.

So far the customer service is great. It takes some time to upload products but everything looks amazing, I am so glad I stumbled on this app!

I hate having to write a bad review but the situation deserves it.

I've had a disappointing experience lately with Trendsi recently.

Among several orders with the same situation, I am going to mention an important one.

Shipping Delay: The shipment took much longer than expected.

Lack of Communication: I was not notified that they had run out of fabric, which caused an additional delay.

Inferior Quality: The pieces sent were of a fabric of poor quality, different than expected.

Incorrect sizes: The garments received were smaller than normal.

This situation negatively affected my business and the relationship with my client.

I appreciate that Trendsi considers improving in the following aspects:

Proactive Communication: Notify customers of any problems with inventory or delays.

Quality Control: Ensure that the materials and sizes are consistent and of high quality.

Improvement in Shipping Times: Reduce shipping times to meet the promised deadlines.
