Allan, with Trendsi and Team, has provided excellent customer service 24/7 for our business. We are very pleased working with them and find Trendsi to be the best dropshipping company to work with their platform is amazing from a business view of fulfillment and also as a usable platform that helps merchants grow with organization and flexibility. The great key with Trendsi is the ability of real-time product updates with less work for us the merchant and also the way we are able to select products into a folder for a specific category to upload to on our website saving time for re-organizing a large number of products individually. I had a questions about my sample order. One item came right away. My other orders had not shown up yet both ordered at the same time. Gretle looked up my order gave me an update. Let me know it would be escalate to there team and find out why it go delayed. I love the quick response time, there customer support staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
