I initially rated Trendsi with a 5-star review, but unfortunately, my experiences have prompted me to reconsider.
One significant issue is the inconsistency in order management. I've encountered problems with orders being canceled without prior notification. It's frustrating to discover sometimes days later that an order, initially planned for shipment, has been slated for cancellation. This lack of communication raises concerns about the reliability of the platform.
Moreover, the standard shipping and processing timeframes are frequently surpassed. While US-based suppliers typically deliver on faster schedules, the variable stock availability has become a volatile scenario. This uncertainty compromises the efficiency and reliability of the service.
Handling orders seems to be a challenge as well. Some orders lack appropriate designation of labels, leading to confusion and errors in processing. Resolving such issues has proven to be a cumbersome process. Finding a solution often involves escalating the matter to a lead, but the response time is disappointingly prolonged. Persistence is required to ensure that your concerns are heard, especially with urgent matters.
Even when issues are seemingly resolved, they tend to resurface. The recurring problems with order cancellations, stocking issues, prolonged delivery timeframes, and the protracted resolution process collectively diminish the overall reliability. I hope these aspects can be addressed to enhance the user experience and restore confidence in the platform.

I am new to Dropshipping, I didn't have a clue. I couldn't figure out why my item did not ship. I contact customer service and had the pleasure of chatting with Gretle. She was amazing. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with this first-time experience. We need more "Gretle" in the world. Angelo helped me understand shipping with products from overseas. I didn't know that weekends weren't counted in the processing time. Overseas orders take 3-4 days to process and at least ten days for the customer to receive the product.

Items that have been delisted still show up as in stock making it very inconvenient & confusing for store owners when trying to upload their products. According to customers the quality is good & shipping is okay but I really wish they would remove the products they don't sell anymore from our stores like they do on the Trendsi website. Also on Trendsi's website, if you search for a specific item, the results will show pages of items that don't even match what you originally searched for which makes it harder for you to locate the item you intended to purchase or request a restock for. It's not a bad company to work with but there's still room for improvement.

Regarding the out-of-stock items, please ensure that the "Continue selling when out of stock" option is not selected in your Shopify store. Simply navigate to your Shopify admin, go to Products, and select the product's variant to ensure the "Track quantity" option is selected. By taking this step, out-of-stock items will not be available for sale in your store, allowing you to easily remove them. I just added this app to my store. I had many questions and Gretle patiently answered each one of them. I give it a 4 star because I have not processed an order from the app. I do love the style selections and hope it will be a positive to my shop.
Update. It's been almost a year now and the app is great to find nice selection for my shop. Lorie was awesome today in trying to get tech support to see why the quantities wasn't downloading with the items. So far so good. The samples I ordered previously were on point as well. I appreciate the prompt customer service.
