I had my first order and was unsure of the process because Trendsi works differently than a previous vendor. I contacted a representative, Joel, and he was immediately helpful and super friendly. My issue was resolved within a couple minutes! So thankful for great customer service!

I was having an issue with my shipping settings. I opened a chat with Raymart and he walked me through the process. He made it so easy and even sent screenshots to help. My problem was solved and I am up and running thanks to Raymart!

Spoke with Joey on Customer Service and I love how he took the time to actually explain to me everything I needed to know, since my last store was manual and this one is automated, I am very excited and scared at the same time, but he made me feel very comfortable. Thank you! I love my store and this is all thanks to you guys!

Trendsi is chat help is amazing!!!! Raymart was awesome!!!! He was able to help me with everything I needed. As a 1st time online shop owner this is a really big deal - as I ask a lot of questions that are probably simple to others.... He was able to help me with no problems. Thanks!
