I've just started dropshipping for my business, and Trendsi has a great clothing selection to choose from. One of my customers orders was missing an item and Chette helped resolve the issue by processing a refund. No silly photos of the packaging or items received, no contacting the supplier for a response, just a very clear process to refund the missing item. Trendsi is super user-friendly, sources great inventory and the support is super fast and helpful! I contacted them earlier about an issue with an order and Anya responded within minutes and completely resolved the issue, I was shocked at how prompt and friendly her service was when I have waited for days for a response or had difficulty resolving issues using other dropshipping apps. Highly recommend!!

Trendsi has been AMAZING at communicating. We had a customer who emailed us right away to change their shipping address, and we immediately sent the request to support but not really knowing when to expect a response because it was pretty late in the day on a Saturday. Allan from support responded to us almost INSTANTLY saying he fixed the shipping address for our customer. Needless to say, we have been very pleased with Trendsi!
