I am new to dropshipping and shopify but I have been able to get all my questions answered and have completed my first sale! I love all the products and the photos and descriptions are clean and professional looking. Chette has been so helpful all along the way. I plan to do most of my business with Trendsi.

I wanted to update my review to mention Angelo and the awesome work they've done to help me. I was having issues with some of the settings in my account for awhile and they were able to correct the issue for me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service Trendsi has.

Czarina WAS SOOO AWESOME! She helped me with getting the shipping rates done, which was SOOO COMPLICATED despite the directions given on the website. THANK YOU Czarina! SHE deserves to be over the company with all of the patience that she had with me!

*UPDATE*
I had an issue with my products not syncing to my shopify store. Gretle was able to help me out today, and we found that it was a system error. Thanks Gretle for your help. It was very well appreciated.

UPDATE:

Raymart helped me with getting my shipping information in perfect working conditions. I was unable to ship to local addresses (within the USA), until this wonderful person helped me! THANK YOU Raymart!

I have just started using Trendsi, and had a few questions in regards to use of product videos and the Take Over offer.
I had a very quick and professional answer from Chette who was very helpful, she was a very big help.
Great options Trendsi offer for Marketing, looking forward to continue work with them.

I love Trendsi not only do they have the latest fashion trends They have a lot of content you can you to help make your store a success. It’s a joyful experience. Trendsi also has great customer service no matter the problem they’re fast to respond and even faster at finding a solution to any problems you may have. I needed to change a customer address tonight I was nervous and didn’t know what to do then it hit me Trendsi customer service is available 24/7 all I can say is thanks Gretle. I am new to Shopify and Trendsi, but I am so interested in getting my store off the ground and functioning smoothly for my clients...and me. Ha Ha Ha Anyway, I just wanted to write a good note for one of my Managers, Raymart. I was having difficulty altering some product pricing, which I had already pushed to my store. I had a chat with Raymart and within a few seconds, he provided me a solution that saved me from having to remove and re-push to my store via using a bulk edit in the Shopify Admin. How great that was and it saved me hours of work too. Anyway, thank you again Raymart and I hope other shop owners have similar customer service experiences, while working with Trendsi.

Absolutely Class. I'm in the process of building my store so haven't actually started selling yet but every time I had something to ask about or any problem regarding my listings or their products the team was ready to answer my questions professionally and quickly. From Chette, Raymart to Anya and Grette. Absolutely wonderful team. I will update my review once I launch my store and start making sales but as of now I am more than satisfied what I'm getting out of this app.

The owners at Trendsi are amazing. Super thoughtful with their drops and provide so much marketing material. You can definitely tell they put in the hard work and time it takes to be successful. Although I’ve been open for a few months and haven’t had any sales, I do think Trendsi products make my store look so much better than if I didn’t have them!

This time I got Mary -- Mary was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and accurately. I feel great about being able to reach out to a Trendsi staff member for help - they're always there!!

My initial experience has been great! Within less than a minute of opening a chat, Allan responded. He walked me thru each step and with detailed instruction, had my issue resolved within minutes. Thanks Allan!

Once again - excellent service from Trendsi. Gretle was a big help -- very quick and polite -- asking if I needed anything else. So happy with Trendsi and this time, Gretle! Thanks!

Almost a month since my previous review. Finding much more confidence in everything, I just have to say how grateful I am for Trendsi. As always, customer support ready to answer every question I have (thank you Gretle) and in addition to that, they have set everything up flawlessly for our stores. Very little leg work on our end all the way to checkout, they provide everything in a seamless system. Thank you!!

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.
