The app is fairly easy to use, except I did not realize I had to be on automatic fulfillment (which I thought I was). But the rest of the set-up went smoothly.

I have only used Trendsi for a short period of time and love it so far! I had some questions and decided to use the in-app chat support and Allan responded FAST. Expect polite and helpful customer service.
The media quality is another great perk. I have had issues with other apps in the past getting clear, quality media to import. Pictures and videos are awesome and cover all the angles a customer would want to see.
Overall love it so far and can't wait to see how it performs with more sales volume!

I just added this app to my store. I had many questions and Gretle patiently answered each one of them. I give it a 4 star because I have not processed an order from the app. I do love the style selections and hope it will be a positive to my shop.
Update. It's been almost a year now and the app is great to find nice selection for my shop. Lorie was awesome today in trying to get tech support to see why the quantities wasn't downloading with the items. So far so good. The samples I ordered previously were on point as well. I appreciate the prompt customer service.
