Raymart (chat assistant) was very helpful in getting me the information I needed about when my products would ship. He also provided me with additional information so I know when my customers should expect their dropshipped items in the future. Thank you for your quick and courteous customer service!

Best Dropshipping app I have used for clothing so far. The app is super easy to integrate into your shop and has tons of stylish products to add to your store. So far, working with Trendsi to sell items on my shopify store has been really great. It's super easy to use, and the options are amazing! As I am still new to this- I had some questions, and used Trendsi chat support. I spoke with Raymart who was EXTREMELY helpful and had my questions answered in a matter of seconds. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! :)

I had a delay in one of my customer's orders due to Trendsi's suppliers. Reached out to customer service to inquire about active delay and its impact on current orders. The customer service chat was an amazing experience. Bot prompted questions before I was connected with a customer service representative. Raymart, the representative from Trendsi, was extremely helpful and provided a detailed explanation regarding the location of my customer's package. He also informed me that the domestic tracking number will be available within the next 24-48 hours. I am grateful for the excellent and efficient customer service provided by Trendsi!

I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! They responded almost immediately and Gretle walked me through all my questions and gave me great insight into things I didn't know. I'm totally new to drop shipping and she really put me at ease. :)
