I am currently in the beginning stages of my online store with Shopify, so you could imagine the amount of questions I had. Although I asked question after question, Harold from Trendsi was patient enough to answer each one, making sure to be informative about each answer. Harold also referenced links I could use in order to view specific policies and procedures regarding some things I questioned. Harold was polite, courteous, and all around very professional. Trendsi is very user friendly and easy to use for beginners like me! I had trouble with the shipping when I was doing a test order on my site. The customer support responded in a timely manner. Anya helped me with my problems. She was very patient and nice. In the end, I was able to do a test order with the shipping rates! Thank you, Anya!
