Trendsi is impressive for my boutique business!!!! Whenever I have an issue, the customer service is top-notch- Anya is great and very helpful! The chat feature is available 24/7, which is great for small business owners! I would recommend Trendsi to both new and experienced boutique owners!!!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with "Allan" from customer service, and the experience was a stark contrast to my encounters with other companies. Unlike my usual experience of interacting with customer service from other companies, where interactions felt robotic and scripted. Allan's approach was refreshingly different. His willingness to proactively seek additional information for a resolution and to engage in a thoughtful investigation made me feel valued as a customer. In addition to Allan's friendly and responsive nature, the customer service provided is a testament of the Trendsi's commitment to its customers.

Chette was very helpful. I had a concern about delivery status for a customer and Chette was able to locate the package and explain the delivery process so that I could keep my customer assured and up to date on the status of her order.
