I'm a new store owner and have had many questions answered by Gretle. She has been very helpful in sending me the information I needed. She always makes sure all questions were answered before we end the chat.

So far, I'm really impressed with the integration. As a new business, and with my first couple orders now coming in, the process has been smooth. Reaching out to customer service via their chat is always fast. Just spoke Anya to get an update on an order and she was great.

I would like to build a lasting relationship with Trendsi and explore incorporating white label branding with them as I grow. Hoping they take their business to this next level. I've noticed a few competitors offering this service where they tag white label with my brand, so looking for them to catch up to that. For now, I'm sticking with Trendsi and recommend them to anyone in the fashion dropshipping business.

Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing.
they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic.
Shipping is pretty fast with them as well.

I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!

So far so good, they always update their products its like they never sleep just to make sure everything runs smoothly. And finally Men's. Collection are being added. Awesome!Keep up the good work.

I spent many hours reviewing dropship suppliers before finalling choosing Trendsi for my store and so far I'm glad I did.
I've just begun adding trendsi products to my store so I haven't had a lot of time working with the app personally. I would like to add a shout out to Chette with Trensi support though who did a great job (on a Saturday) personally answering my questions about how to include video clips in my store. This was my first experience asking Trendsi for support and I wasn't dissappointed. Thanks again Chette !

I have tried a lot of boutique suppliers, and Trendsi by FAR is the BEST out there! Huge assortment of products, always adding new items, quality is great, and support is top notch!
I had an issue with a shopify test order that actually went through, and Chette was able to cancel it in just a few minutes and resolve my worries! Very polite, fast, knowledgable and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend trendsi.

I am brand new to selling things online. I received my first order and it was a Trendsi product. I had questions about fulfillment and shipping. I wont lie, being new, I was quite anxious.
