WOW just wow we have just started our Store and trying to use tik tok shop has been crazy hard. All of the staff has been awesome and go above and beyond to help you out, Great company to partner with! from Chette on the live agent chat. Real person not a robot! OR the set up and hour that Bernadette took out of her day to make sure we had everything right and us getting our first time demo discount. Top notch!

Ok, I just got finished working with Harold. He spent so much time with me helping me correct what Shopify could not. I worked with Shopify for days! Harold was so patient and understanding of my concerns. He knew what he was talking about! That's more than I can say for Shopify support. I give him 5 stars!

Customer service has been wonderful so far. I was having trouble with my settings on Shopify and Raymart from Trendsi was able to help me out right away. He was friendly and super helpful!
