I requested assistance through chat and Czar was my rep. She was super quick to respond to my questions and helped me so much! She even sent links to get me where I needed to be. Love the communication with Trendsi...there's always someone ready to help. :)

If I could give 10 stars, I would! In a matter of minutes, Raymart solved a tech issue I had for over a week. He was professional, kind, and patient as I navigated through everything. Thank you!

UPDATE: Once again, I contacted Trendsi support, & once again, I received superior service. Angelo was very reassuring and was able to solve my shipping issue with ease.

I am thankful for Trendi’s focus on exceptional support!

Mary is a great customer service rep. Good app for shipping within the USA from the USA in my opinion. For other products coming from overseas to US, the quality is terrible.
