Today was my first time to test out their customer service and I would like to say… IT WAS PERFECT!! Very quick response time to multiple emails. HAZEL was extremely helpful and answered everything i needed to know!!

Allan did a great job helping and was very quick to respond. The app is especially so nice to work with and we love working with Trendsi. Strongly recommended.

We contacted Trendsi to assist us with GTINs with GMC; however Trendsi confirmed they don't offer GTINs on their products. Apart from that Charmaine at Trendsi was quick to get back to us and friendly with her service. Overall the Trendsi app is a must have to expand your apparel store as it offers a lot of quality products.

I want to Thank Chette for the amazing help she gave me to get me started on my drop shipping journey. She was very patient with me and help me set everything up smoothly. Kudo's to her I am thankful that I got Chette to guide me and not rush through my setup. I can't say enough about her she was so kind and helpful even through all the questions I had for her and I had a lot. She made me feel like I could do anything, I give her 5++++++++ for a great rating.

I had an issue with my store and both Shopify customer Service Mick and Angelo from trendsi customer service were great.
