I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again.
I just got the best customer service from Harold when I needed help tracking an order. He was polite and quick to get my question answered and I believe my customer will be very happy. Thank you again Harold!
