I was chatting with Mariel today. Our conversation took more than two hours. She was very knowledgeable and professional Trendsi rep.
She went me through the process of TikTok Shop setup, help me with a bunch of other questions I had have. Mariel covered everything I needed to know.
Unfortunately, I can not give her 10-star rating here, but I did it in my mind.

I am very new to Trendsi and wanted help with updating my contact info using the Chat, the response was quick, and then i had few other questions with regard to how the Order is managed and how the returns are handled, Chette is very very quick, responsive, knowledgable and helpful, I will definitely want to write more reviews as I use the application, during this conversation I am really happy as a new customer to Trendsi and appreciate Chette for the help provided.
So far I can recommend Trendsi is a good Dropshipping application to be used as they are here to help and make it easy for the users.

I had contacted customer service today; March 30th, and spoke with Mariel. It was the best experience with customer service I have ever had with any fashion company I have had to deal with. I needed to ask a few pressing questions on one order which required my assistance in an immediate response.
Mariel was more than receptive to my concerns, my immediate need, and my requirement to for assistance due to the fact I had many mishaps on my own errors. I was able to receive my answers in a quick ,responsible, courteous, professional manner without leaving any doubt or concerns by the end of our conversation.
I was more than satisfied with the service I received. It was an outstanding response from Mariel! Highly recommend Trendsi and their customer service! Especially with Mariel!!

Been using Trendsi for more than 6 months now. Pleased with the UI, the product quality and delivery. Have had minimal need for Support because everything works smoothly (which is refreshing!), but when I reached out for Support, Harold connected with me and was great. Really hoping more of the USA-only items will ship to Australia too! ;)
