Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I had a few questions and technical issues today with Trendsi apps and items, so I wanted to chat with someone on the admin side. I thought it would take them a while to answer, but Lorie replied quickly and was so helpful. I have had a great experience so far with this company. Even their slowest shipping is much faster than other drop shipping sites.

I was having trouble connecting to Trendsi so I clicked into the help and got Angelo who did a fantastic job of helping me by providing alternative approaches. Helped me alot...thanks Trendsi and Angelo!

I do really enjoy using this app the customer service team is amazing especially Mia who has saved the day for me multiple times. One thing I wish I had more control over is stock it is very difficult to get products you want back in-stock after they are sold out. Also there are so many boutiques out there that now all have the same product:(

Had another chat with a Trendsi employee named Chette. She was very welcoming and inviting. She answered all of my questions and even cleared things up for me. The staff here is always friendly and helpful.

Very new to the app and learning how to navigate. Kat was extremely helpful; even taught me how to take a screenshot from my laptop. I had no idea that I could do that. You can teach an old dog new tricks. Love the lay out of the app and the brand options! Hoping to leave more rave reviews after I make some sales.

I seen Trensdi surface on social media. I am in the process of creating my online store. I did not see what I was looking for on social media so I was happy to see they have a 24/7 online support chat to reach out to for any questions. I was able to chat with Charmaine - who was very patient and thorough with her responses to my questions. She even provided me links to view before creating an account.
