I have been very pleased with my experience using Trendsi. By far one of the best dropshipping supplier apps. I had a couple of questions and reached out to Mia via "Chat". Had a glitch in the system where the automatic checkout wasn't working. Sent an email and within just a few minutes was provided a response from Karen. Very friendly and helpful. They are great about responding quickly.

I haven’t started actually using the app yet as I’m in set up phase still, but it looks very easy to use and the products are great from what I can see. My 5 star rating is for customer service.
I actually deleted the app because I’m still working out what type of products to sell. To my surprise I had 2 emails from Sherwin (the Co-Founder) asking if he could assist me in anyway which led to a 45 min zoom call, which really helped to put in that human touch. I explained my concerns and He was very friendly and helpful, which gave me the confidence to install the app again. Thanks again Sherwin

I've just started using Trensi for my online women's boutique and the clothes are super cute! They also have a warehouse in the USA so the shipping times are a lot faster than aliexpress. Hazel was very helpful in answering all of my many questions and definitely made me feel at ease using this app. I highly recommend!
Update: Allan is very helpful when using the chatbox if you every have any questions!
