I have talked to a few customer service reps the last few days setting up Trendsi in my store. They have all been very helpful. The company seems to get on chat very fast and will assist with all your concerns and needs. So far, I really like this company. There items are very pretty. This is a great substitute shipping platform with a wide variety. What surprised me most is that the customer service of this platform is really dedicated. When I have a question I don't understand, I just need to ask the staff and I can get a solution very quickly. The staff member who provided me with help was Anya, and she was really great! I had a small issue with uploading items to Shopify simply because they changed it and I did not realize it. I asked for help through chat and Angelo explained to me in just a few seconds and had me up and going. Trendsi is a great app, works great and support is always helpful. Angelo was great!

I've only been with Trendsi for a few weeks now, but I can already tell that I'm going to love using this platform. I received the most prompt and helpful advice from my customer service representative Raymart tonight. I honestly didn't expect to be answered at nearly 10pm, and was answered within 5 minutes.
