Chette was great in helping to answer my questions. She came onto the app quickly and looked for the information to answer my questions. I just recently started using Trendsi but so far I'm really loving it to increase revenue to my store. I was almost ready to give up on my tiny online store before using Trendsi. I could not say enough great things about the products but most of all the customer service! I had an issue and they had it resolved within 30 mins. When you're trying to run a business and need help right away Trendsi does not disappoint! Customer service hops on the chat quickly and walks you through every step. It's hard to find that quality of service these days. Angelo and Charmaine are some of the customer service reps I have worked with and they are so nice and VERY helpful!

I was concerned about how dropshipping with shopify and trendsi would work but Lorie cleared everything up. she broke it down step by step and then sent me an article that had pictures and more instructions i could refer back to later on if i needed to. She answered all of my question about brand quality and procurement. I am so excited i found this app !!!
