I love TRENDSY!

Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing.
they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic.
Shipping is pretty fast with them as well.

I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!

Karen had every answer to every single question I asked (i asked quite a few). Exceptional customer service, they really want you to be successful!

The product photos and video on this app are really great. Way better than other dropshipping apps. Everyone in the Trendsi support was very helpful and went above and beyond to helping my process go through. Major kudos to Raymart who was very patient with me, he deserves a raise.

8/27/23 - Anya is FABULOUS! I had an issue that she thoroughly walked me through until we figured it out. It was a user-error and once Anya realized what it was, I was able to correct the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly Recommend.

Everyone is customer support is very friendly and helpful. Gretie helped me twice today already and she was so helpful and patient with answering my questions. Chette in customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the return process. Thanks so much.

The customer service chat is amazing! I asked a question on the weekend and got a reply within 5 minutes. Although I was not able to restock one my items due to it not being available, Chette's quick and accurate answers were extremely helpful.

Czarina WAS SOOO AWESOME! She helped me with getting the shipping rates done, which was SOOO COMPLICATED despite the directions given on the website. THANK YOU Czarina! SHE deserves to be over the company with all of the patience that she had with me!

I had an issue with my products not syncing to my shopify store. Gretle was able to help me out today, and we found that it was a system error. Thanks Gretle for your help. It was very well appreciated.

Raymart helped me with getting my shipping information in perfect working conditions. I was unable to ship to local addresses (within the USA), until this wonderful person helped me! THANK YOU Raymart!

so fast and questions answer fast as well perfect 5 star. Complete made sure i was up and ready for my big launch day.

This app is great for dropshipping and the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend it
