I had questions about Trendsi before moving forward. I contacted support and spoke with Ramart who was very patient and professional. He explained the process very clearly.
On a seperate occasion I was experiencing difficulty connecting the Trendsi app to my Shopify store. I contacted support and spoke with Gretle who was very helpful. She walked me through the process, and helped me figure out that I needed to uninstall the app then re-install it. Now it works and I am very happy. Gretle was really amazing and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the Trendsi support. Great customer service A+++

Highly recommended. They are above the super. Great customer service and instantly fixing issue. Amazing quality of products with affordable prices.

The app works quite well, so far. The catalogue is quite good, though they could be a little more consistent with the use of sizing chart across the different products and vendors. At least for all the suppliers that ship to US, their product sizes could be shown in US standard size charts and same across different products. Would like to see more suppliers that have warehouses in US, and more wide range of products, of course :), maybe baby clothing and accessories, and if possible even for men! ;)

Best drop shipping app. Clothes are all well-made and stock photos are nice. I love that it cost nothing to use, and they are always trying to add new features and they add new arrivals daily. The customer service is exceptional. Every time I've had to contact them, they are fast to resolve. Angelo helped me last time and was so helpful. One thing I can't wait till they add is shipping to Canada and other places. Although you can send them a shipping label and they will ship for you to other areas. Another thing I would love is return shipping that is 30 days rather than the 6 and even free return shipping. That would be the best if they added that. But 6 days is not hard to ask from customers.
