Gretle helped me learn the dropshipping process a little better and I have a MUCH GREATER understanding of the process because of her. SHE WAS AWESOME. Walked me through the entire process and even showed me what is looks like on the customers end. 10/10 recommend Gretle for helping you with any issues/questions/concerns that may arise.

I had a shipping issue, contacted support. Gretle helped me through the process and once I clicked a rate, it started working for me. Now I can receive orders. So, thankful for the help.

I contact customer support with a few questions about the process of dropshipping. Allan was very helpful and kind. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions as well as give links with more information. Very pleased with the assistance he provided.

Very responsive customer service and especially thanks to Mia and Angelo for the tech support. I was unable to link my Shopify account with Trendsi, so Angelo did the task for me within minutes.
Unfortunately I cannot review the fulfillment and quality for now since I just started. The products are looking good and also the prices but it would be great if there were more products @US Warehouse. The only other thing would be a better way to add products, because you need to choose every single product and the product categories can get lost if you do not tag them, but overall it looks very promising to me.
I'm just getting started with drop shipping and have a lot of dumb questions, but Mia from Trendsi support staff was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and assure me I'm moving in the right direction with my Shopify Store.

I have been using this app for a few weeks and so far I have not had any trouble getting my orders processed. They are shipped out pretty quickly from the US warehouse. I did have a bit of a concern with an item that did not ship as quickly and it seems that it was being shipped from China. I contacted someone through chat support and Chen guided me through the details of the order in question and also showed me how to filter out products depending on where they're located. Chen was able to give me the status of the item and told me it should be shipped within the guaranteed time frame (from China), so I would be able to tell my customer it should be there soon.
So far, Trendi has been fairly easy to use and customer support has been great. Thanks Chen!
