I've only been using Trendsi for a short period, but the 24hr human customer service has been really helpful.
keep it up guys and I hope that there will be more items for men in the way of formal wear soon.

I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. customer service is 5 start harold was amazing in replying almost instantly to help me
but the app is very very very difficult to add products to your store because they run out extremely fast its really too bad because they have a good selection of products

Yesterday, I worked with Lorena, and today, I had the pleasure of working with Charles to resolve an issue with my account. Strangely, my store was connected to another business, but Charles is now reaching out to the store owner to disconnect it, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Additionally, Charles provided a clear answer to a question I couldn’t find on Trendsi’s website, which completely resolved my confusion.
