I had an exceptional experience with Trendsi’s customer support team, especially Raymart and Harold. Both were incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient in resolving my issue. Raymart made sure to understand my concern fully and provided a clear solution, while Harold followed up promptly to ensure everything was taken care of.

Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. It’s rare to find support reps who go the extra mile, and both of them did just that. I felt heard, valued, and confident in using Trendsi because of their assistance.

Amazing Customer Service from Chette!

I had an issue connecting my store to the Trndsi website, and Chette went above and beyond to help me solve it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Harold was so Awesome! My products were not syncing correctly, and Harold was able to get them to sync in my store! He is very friendly and efficient at his job! He even sent an email to let me know that everything was back up and running! Everyone from the CEO to Technical support are very friendly and always very helpful no matter what day of the week it is they are all readily available to help make your business run smoothly. Thank you again Harold for your assistance you made my whole day!

I've been using the Trendsi app and services for over a year now, and am super happy with the integration with Shopify. Even more I am very impressed with their Customer Support - who have been quick to respond to my questions and have even helped with getting my Shopify and TikTok settings optimized for shipping through Trendsi. I absolutely LOVE doing business with Trendsi. We've all experienced poor service that can completely hinder your small business and slow down sales. That's most definitely NOT the case with Trendsi. The support staff Chette, Charles, & Lee are incredible to work with and they have quickly resolved any minor issues I may have had. Harold provided excellent customer service, he addressed my concerns with great patience and a positive attitude. I was trying to sync my new collection updates in Shopify with Trendsi but discovered that syncing isn’t possible without uninstalling the app. Although I didn’t want to uninstall, I suggested adding this feature in a future Trendsi update. As someone new to both platforms, I had to make some adjustments to my storefront. While the issue was beyond Harold's control, he went above and beyond to review my store settings and work with me to find a solution.

Anya helped me almost instantly. She knew where my issue was within two emails. 1000% for Trendsi and if you seriously need help try and ask for Anya. I hope her bosses see this she deserves any amount of money that she asks for in the future. I was showing everything out of stock and she led me straight to an area where I could see that all my stock was trying to come from my address and there was an option to click on each supplier and this fixed it. Thanks so much Anya, you were super clear and straight to the problem I had. Can't thank you enough.

I was having trouble with getting my products available during the check out process! Turns out, it was a shipping rate issue and I would've never found it had it not been for the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE at Trendsi!

Shout out to Anya & Mariel at Trendsi for IMMEDIATELY answering all of my questions - taking me step-by-step of screen shotting me everything I needed to do to get set up and ALL IN ONE DAY - a few hours!

I am IMPRESED with the service I have received thus far and will continue to choose Trendsi, almost exclusively for my online boutique!
