Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Trendsi is a great app and great dropshipping service! They grew a lot in just 2 years and with that comes growing pains. They have tried their best to improve and address any issues. You're never going to find a perfect dropshipper/supplier because everyone has different needs and preferences. I really like the inventory sync with my store and the variety of products. The fashion is up to date and the pricing is good overall! Customer service is wonderful, especially Gretle!!!

Angelo, was very kind and helpful. He was quick to respond and answer all my questions. I'm new to drop shipping and had a few questions.

This time I got Mary -- Mary was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and accurately. I feel great about being able to reach out to a Trendsi staff member for help - they're always there!!

My initial experience has been great! Within less than a minute of opening a chat, Allan responded. He walked me thru each step and with detailed instruction, had my issue resolved within minutes. Thanks Allan!

Such a great app! I have spoken with Chette and she's amazing at customer service and always so helpful!! I always have a ton of questions and customer service is always very patient. I really appreciate the very detailed descriptions and the ease of set up.

I love trendsi! I have been with them some months now and their collections have been growing and great. I love the communication they have with everyone has is in the private trendsi group. If there was ever a problem they work on it to get the job done. Everytime I talk to Customer Service they always respond quick. My website got disconnect from trendsi and Chette helped me get my store back to running. She was very nice and took her time to help me.
